Exercisess!!!!!

I've started doing sit-up for a few days after waking up in the morning on September 1,2013 as a first day.
This is the record of doing it.

Day 1: 30 times
Day 2: 35 times
Day 3: 40 times
Day 4: 45 times
Day 5: 45 times
Day 6: 50 times (present, Sept 6,2013)

Each day I added 5 more times to what I did. So Day 1 became 35 and Day 5 became 50 times.
However, on day 6 I added 10 more times, therefore, it was 60 times.

I think this exercise is going pretty good.
I've got a pretty good result after day 5.
I noticed that my waist was reduced a little bit.

Let's see what will happen after 10 days.

It's my birthdayyyyyyyy!!!!

Today is my birthday!!!

However, there is nothing related to listening to Korean sound at all.

I just want to record my listening practice of Korean.

Day 1 : 20 hours of listening
Day 2: 5 hours of listening
Day3 (today, 3 sept 13): 7 hours so far (11.30 pm)

My intention is to listen to at least 6 hours a day for at least 4 months.

The deadline is by the end of this year.
I hope that I will be able to understand Korean by the end of this year.

Wish me luck ><.

I decided to come back to learn Korean language after I stopped learning for a few months. It was because my mp3 player was broken. Now, i seemed to solve this problem.

My way of learning new language is that I start with listening as much as I can.

Today, September 1,2013, I started listening to Korean podcast I downloaded from a radio website.
I've listened since 11 am until now which is 8.30 pm. It's close to 12 hours. I'm still listening while I am writing this, too.

And I plan to listen to it this whole night during my sleep.

Let see how long I can listen to it until I wake up tomorrow morning.

I discovered this technique when I was studying in Canada, almost 20 years ago (during 1997 - 1999.)

Back then, I received a radio from a Thai student. I tuned in to listen to songs.

And then, i realized that if I really wanted to be able to speak English, I should listen to people's real conversations; therefore, i tuned the radio to Talk Radio of the local radio stations.

I listen to the talk radio all days and all nights or I should say I didn't listen only when I was in classes.
Besides that I listened to it almost all the time. (During day time i listened to my walk man radio)

I did this for about a year and a half.
It was very tiring and gave me headache for the first three months. It was like your brain worked all the time you listened. Its effect was that I was really tired during day time. I felt exhausted and sleepy all day.
After that it was a little better. Maybe because I was used to it.

Anyway, after a long time this effort paid me off.
My English was getting better especially with listening skill.

One of the most proudest moment in my life was that when a Canadian asked me after he heard me talking over the phone with someone.
Canadian guy: How long have you been here?
Me:                A year and a half.
Canadian guy: Your English is very good. You don't have any accent at all.
Me (with surprise): Really? Thank you very much.
(Actually, I wasn't so sure how 'you don't have any accent at all' meant, but I was overwhelmed with the sentence 'your English is very good' ^_____^)

I went to ask my Thai friends the meaning of 'you don't have any accent at atll'.
It means that you have a similar accent to native speaker and cannot tell where you're from.

After that proud moment, I realized that my accent came from practicing listening for a long time.

Therefore, in order to learn my forth language, I start with listening skill like what I am doing now.

This time I am listening to Korean and hope that I will be able to understand Korean at the end of this year.

Hope the listening pays me off like I did before><

PS. Btw, I have started sit-up exercise for a few day and it is going good, so far.

Time to change!!!!!!!!!

Fighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What people need to win over the most is not to win over others, but to win your own self.

The most difficult thing in this world is to win over yourself, your heart and your conscious.

Anyway, anyhow, I need to do it and I WILL DO it.

IT'S TIME TO CHANGE NOW!!!!!!!!!!

FIGHTING!!!!!!!!

Getting lost in life???????

Have you ever been in a situation that you feel like you are getting lost in life?
You don't know what to do at the moment.
There are many things needed to be done, but you just don't have courage to do them.

I am in such a situation now!!!!!!!!!!

Frustrated, worried and many more feeling are coming to myself at the same time.TT

Moreover, it is really difficult to concentrate or even to stop to think
and consider about what are really happening in my life at the moment,
and it is very hard to focus on what to do next.....sighhhh.....

What should I do, and how could I solve this problem?
How could I get myself out of  this situation?

Little impressive story!!

This evening of August 11,2013, i went for a jog at the parking space of Kanjanapisek Convention Hall, KKU. I met a very little young boy who was playing a tennis ball and his father was jogging near him.
I said hi to him and he was saying something that i couldn't understand because he was too small and not even able to know how to speak yet.
After my second round of running, i waved to him and he was trying to run to me, but his dad stopped him.
I decided to finish after my third round. This time i stopped near him and when he spotted me, he started to run to me suddenly and opened his arms and wanted me to hold him. I bent down to hold him and we laughed together. I am sure his dad had to be surprised how his son acted like that^^.
After that i played the ball with him for a while.
I left him when a boy coming to ask for his ball back.
I didn't know this family. We were just people who wanted to do some exercise.
However, this was a very impressive story i encountered today. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the little boy’s name. Maybe next time if i see him again.
Now it’s time for taking a bath. Good night to all.
Sleep well.
